Cancellation Of Made To Measure Products

If you wish to cancel an order, the cancellation request must be sent to us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Made to Measure garments.

A free alteration is offered, if notification is sent to us within 7 days of receipt. Please note not all alterations are possible and we reserve the right to decline unreasonable requests.

The customer is responsible for postage of returns.

If your garment has been received damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to arrange repair or a replacement.

Returned items will not be accepted if they have been used or if Tags/Labels have been removed.
